Hi, two weeks ago we held our one week long Jumpstart program for our incoming "possible" ELL kindergartners. This is the first time many of our little ones came to school and also it is the first time that they were separated from their parents. I created a one sheet newsletter to share with the parents what we did on a daily basis so the children could talk about their school day and share their experiences with family members. Also, the students took home an information sheet that included things we learned in class.
